Yes, every candidate is interviewed to verify their experience and readiness for the job.

How quickly can I find a candidate?
- The first interview can be scheduled within 72 hours of submitting a request.
- Candidates typically start within 2–4 weeks after receiving an offer.
How to find candidates for your vacancy through a personal manager?
- You send us a link to the vacancy and additional requirements for the candidate.
- Determine the bonus for successful hiring.
- We publish the vacancy on the platform.
- Platform users can recommend candidates for your vacancy in the form of non-anonymous profiles.
- At the same time, the Personal manager selects suitable candidates and presents them in the form of anonymous profiles (1-2 days).
- You choose those you are interested in.
- We present the vacancy to candidates.
- If the candidate is interested, we open their profile for you and help organize an interview.
- We accompany the candidate until they join your team.
Does ITCharm conduct technical assessments?
Yes, We can arrange technical evaluations upon request as an additional service.
What if a candidate doesn’t pass their probation?
In case of dismissal within 3 months from the date of hiring a candidate, we guarantee free selection of one candidate, with the exception of Just Refi.
Payments for hiring. How much does it cost to hire a candidate?
The recruitment fee is listed on the candidate’s profile. You can also offer an alternative bonus other than the one stated.
When does my company need to pay for a hire?
Your company must make payment within 5 business days of hiring the candidate.

Anyone who knows a qualified candidate that meets the job requirements and has obtained explicit consent to submit their resume.
No company registration required! Anyone can refer candidates and earn rewards.

Can I switch between Just Refi and Full Refi?
Yes! You can choose your preferred option for each referral in your personal dashboard.
How many candidates can I refer for a single job?
There are no limits — you can refer as many candidates as you like, as long as they meet the job requirements.
What happens if multiple referrers submit the same candidate?
The first person to refer the candidate will receive the bonus.
The system records the submission time in your personal dashboard.
If multiple referred candidates are hired, each referrer receives the full bonus for a successful hire.
How can I track my candidate’s progress?
Your dashboard provides real-time updates, including:

If there are no updates within two days, you can submit a request through the dashboard.

For additional questions, your personal ITCharm manager is available via your dashboard.
⚠ Important: To ensure fair tracking of the hiring process and guaranteed bonus payouts, direct communication between referrers and hiring companies is not allowed.
Can I apply for a job through my own referral?
Absolutely! If you find a job that suits you, refer yourself and get both a new job and a referral bonus.
How long does it take for a company to review my candidate?
The review process from submitting a resume to receiving a Job Offer usually takes from 2 weeks to 1 month.
How does ITCharm ensure data privacy and GDPR compliance?
We take data protection seriously.
- Under GDPR regulations, all referrers must obtain explicit consent from the candidate before submitting their personal data (including resumes).

When is the referral bonus paid?
Payment is made within 5 working days after the payment is received from the Employer to the Platform.
How are bonuses paid?
If your referral is successfully hired, you can choose a convenient payment method, such as:
- Bank transfer
- Payments via Wise, Payoneer, or Revolut
- Other legally accepted payment methods (discussed on a case-by-case basis)
Any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
What determines the bonus amount?
The bonus depends on:
- Referral type (Just Refi or Full Refi)
- The amount is specified in each job listing
How long does my referral stay valid in ITCharm?
A Full Refi candidate remains linked to the referral for 6 months from the submission date.
A Just Refi candidate remains linked to the referral for 1 month from the submission date.
If they are hired during this period, the referral will receive a bonus.
How can I be sure I’ll receive my bonus?
