How it works

For IT specialists — confidential job search, welcome bonus after the probationary period, vacancies from verified companies, resume improvement, support from a dedicated manager, monetization network.

  • Find the right job opening.
  • If you have any questions, please ask them in the Ask Question section.
  • Click Apply — Click Create new one — Fill out your profile, enabling anonymity (no need to enter skills,  they will be added from your resume) — Upload your resume — Save.
  • Evaluate the match between the opening and your resume — Open the desired opening — Click Candidate Match — Check the results.
    If the match is below 70%, make the recommended changes to your resume and replace it in your profile.
  • Go to the selected opening and click Apply — Select Just refi bonus — Uncheck Anonymize my data for this vacancy application — Check consent to data processing — Click Submit.
  • Track the status of your application in the Applications section.
  • Expect a response from a recruiter within 2 hours.
  • Complete the interview process and receive a job offer.
  • Receive a welcome bonus after successfully completing the trial period. A 10% platform commission is deducted from the bonus.
  • Recommend your friends for job openings and receive bonuses!

  • Open the vacancy — Click Apply — Choose the candidate — Choose Just Refi bonus — Uncheck the box Anonymise my data for this vacancy application — Check the box to agree to the processing of the candidate's personal data — Check the box to agree with Candidate Privacy Notice - Submit.
  • Track the status of your candidates. Use the dashboard or our Telegram chatbot for real-time updates. Enable the chatbot for instant notifications!
  • Receive Your Bonus. After your candidate joins the company, contact your personal manager to receive your reward.

Full Refi — Maximize Your Bonus!

  • Match the vacancies to your candidates.
  • Select a vacancy — Open Ask question — Send the candidate's name for a name check and request prescreening questions.
  • Click Apply — Create new one — Fill out the form and upload your candidate's resume.
  • Open the vacancy — Click Apply — Choose the candidate — Choose Full Refi bonus — Uncheck the box Anonymize my data for this vacancy application — Check the box to agree to the processing of the candidate's personal data — Check the box to agree with Candidate Privacy Notice — Submit — Send the candidate's answers to the prescreen questions.
  • Stay connected throughout the evaluation process. Interact with candidates to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
  • Track the Status. Use your dashboard or chatbot for live updates. Enable the chatbot for real-time notifications!
  • Earn the Maximum Bonus. After your candidate joins the company, contact your personal manager to receive your reward.
