If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will still be enforced to the maximum extent allowed by law, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the website. Any updates, releases, or additional features added to the website will be governed by these Terms.
If you, as a user, submit any candidate information on our Website, you will be considered a recruiter under these Terms. From the moment you refer a candidate, the legal relationship between you and us as a recruiter will be governed by this section.
You may refer a candidate to any open vacancy listed on our Website, provided you have obtained the candidate’s consent to transfer their personal data (refer to our Privacy & Cookie Policy for more details).
We ask that you only refer candidates whose CVs meet the following criteria:
They align reasonably with the requirements of the specific vacancy (including technology, location, expected remuneration, and type of engagement);
They have not previously been submitted by another recruiter for the same vacancy;
They are not already present in our or the employer’s databases;
They have not been previously rejected for any other reason.
Please note that we reserve the right to verify the CVs and information you provide by contacting the referred candidates directly. If you submit a significant number of unsuitable CVs, we may restrict or terminate your account.
We will keep you updated on the processing of the candidate's CVs that you refer. However, we reserve the right to reject any submitted CVs at our discretion. In some cases, an employer may request the removal of a vacancy, resulting in the automatic rejection of CVs submitted for that vacancy.
You are eligible for a referral bonus if the candidate you refer successfully fills the vacancy, provided that all conditions outlined in these Terms are met.
The referral bonus is divided into two equal portions, which will be payable as follows:
The first portion is payable when the candidate is hired;
The second portion is payable after the candidate has successfully completed the probation period.
You will receive notifications on the portal in your personal account (whether it occurs or not). The bonus amount will be specified in the vacancy, minus our service fee (as outlined in the "Service Fee" section).
To claim your referral bonus, follow these steps:
Prepare an invoice:
You do not need to calculate the amount — we will notify you of the sum. Include your name, tax number, address, and payment details. If needed, we can provide a sample invoice upon request.
Submit the invoice:
Send your completed invoice to elena@personalinvest.org.
Wait for approval:
We will review and process the payment within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the payment is made.
Receive the payment:
Depending on your country and bank, the payment will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Please note that delays caused by external factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Confirm receipt:
After receiving each payment, confirm with us via elena@personalinvest.org.
We may ask for additional information before processing the payment to ensure compliance with the "Representations" section. If you fail to meet these requirements, the referral bonus will not be paid.
If a candidate with the same name and surname is already on the portal, you will receive an automatic notification. You will not be eligible for the referral bonus for such a candidate.
If a candidate is already under consideration by the employer for the same vacancy, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus. We will review each case to avoid any misapplications and inform you accordingly. Such cases will not affect your eligibility for awards or additional bonuses.
You can register as a Just Refi, as an individual / self-employed / individual entrepreneur / legal entity.
Terms of cooperation: you upload a resume for a suitable vacancy and do not participate in screening and communication with the candidate. You will receive information about the status of your candidate in your personal account.
The amount of remuneration is indicated for each vacancy with a note: Just Refi
Just Refi does not provide a replacement for the candidate, if the candidate has not passed the probation period or terminated the contract due to circumstances beyond the control of the employer.
By submitting a candidate as a Just Refi, you will receive a 100% bonus in the event of his/her employment, after your candidate has passed the probation period.
We secure candidates for 6 (six) months, which means that if the candidate you provide is hired from Workbee.live portal, you will receive a reward for him.
You can register as a Full Refi, as an individual / self-employed / individual entrepreneur / legal entity.
Terms of cooperation: you upload a resume for a suitable vacancy and do not participate in screening and communication with the candidate. You will receive information about the status of your candidate in your personal account.
The amount of remuneration is indicated for each vacancy with a note: Full Refi
Full Refi provides a replacement for the candidate, if the candidate has not passed the probation period or terminated the contract due to circumstances beyond the control of the employer.
In case of employment of the candidate, Full Refi will receive a 50% bonus within 1 (one) month after such employment, and another 50% bonus after the candidate has passed the probation period.
We secure candidates for 6 (six) months, which means that if the candidate you provide is hired from Workbee.live portal, you will receive a reward for him.
The platform does not provide for any service fees from recruiters, and other persons who will recommend resumes.
Largest Number of Relevant CVs Submitted:
At our discretion, we may reward recruiters who submit the highest number of relevant CVs (as outlined in the "Referral Rules" section).
We reserve the right to contact any referred candidate and verify the information provided. If a recruiter submits an excessive number of irrelevant or fraudulent CVs, they will forfeit their right to any extra bonuses.
We will notify you if you are eligible for an award or extra bonus and provide instructions for claiming it. Please provide your payment details as outlined earlier.
We reserve the right to modify, change the duration of, or cancel any bonus or award program at any time, with or without notice. Any updates to these programs will be reflected in these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
