Our mission? Help people find what they want-without the games, pressure, or awkward guesswork. As we grow, we’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Product Analyst to help us make smarter product decisions, design better experiences, and keep the love (and metrics) flowing.

This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical but also loves thinking like a product person. If you get excited by retention curves, A/B tests, and user behavior patterns-and want your work to actually influence what ships-you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own deep-dive analysis on key growth levers (Retention, ARPU, Conversion, LTV) and proactively identify scalable revenue opportunities;
Partner with PM to define success metrics and drive data-informed product strategy;
Generate product hypotheses based on data, research findings, and user insights;
Design and plan A/B experiments (monetization mechanics, pricing, design, product logic) and analyze results;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to implement experiments and ensure high-quality tracking;
Translate experiment results and product changes into clear, actionable business recommendations.

What You Bring:

Must-Haves:

Hard Skills

5+ years of experience in an analyst role (e.g., Product Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst), ideally within B2C mobile apps;
Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies;
Strong intuition for consumer behavior and ability to connect quantitative data with user psychology;
Hands-on experience with tools like Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms;
Fluent in SQL-you can dig through large datasets with confidence;
Experience analyzing unit economics, monetization, and growth metrics;
Strong communicator-you make data understandable and actionable;
Comfortable working in fast-moving, collaborative, and cross-functional teams;
Hungry to learn, grow, and contribute to a product used by millions.

Soft Skills:

Proactive and independent-you take ownership and run with it;
Organized, focused, and able to balance multiple priorities;
Open to feedback, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working with subscription-based business models;
Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Python or R for deeper analysis.
