We are building the critical financial infrastructure that powers global commerce. Our platform enables seamless, reliable, and secure transactions for businesses of all sizes, bridging the gap between complex financial systems and intuitive user experiences. In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be crafting the essential tools that our operations, risk, and merchant success teams rely on every day. You'll have the autonomy to own major product areas, directly shaping how our internal teams manage risk and how our merchants understand their business, all within a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities:

Build production-grade web portals using TypeScript + React with strong attention to UX, performance, and maintainability.
Design and implement component systems (forms, tables, filters, modals, wizards, notifications) and enforce UI consistency.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC), feature flags, and permission-aware navigation/UX.
Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs, handle pagination, retries, idempotent operations, and robust error states.
Develop complex data views: search, filtering, sorting, export, realtime-ish updates (polling/websockets), and audit trails.
Ensure security best practices: safe rendering, CSRF/XSS protections, token/session handling, and least-privilege UI.
Write automated tests (unit + integration), participate in code reviews, and improve CI/CD quality gates.
Collaborate with backend engineers and product to shape APIs, workflows, and operational tooling.

Must-have skills:

Strong experience with React + TypeScript in complex, multi-page web apps.
Excellent knowledge of modern React patterns: hooks, state management, query caching, routing, code splitting.
Experience building enterprise UI: tables/grids, form validation, multi-step flows, and complex permissions.
Comfort with frontend architecture: module boundaries, design systems, reusable components, and maintainable patterns.
API integration experience and strong debugging skills (networking, performance profiling, observability).
Solid testing approach (e.g., React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress, Jest/Vitest).

Nice-to-have (big plus):

Fintech experience: onboarding/KYC, settlement & payout concepts, disputes, fraud/risk workflows, audit logging.
Experience with Next.js, SSR, or hybrid rendering.
Experience with UI kits/design systems (MUI/AntD/Chakra/shadcn) and/or Tailwind.
Familiarity with auth standards: OIDC/OAuth2, JWT, SSO flows.
Experience with i18n, accessibility (WCAG), and multi-tenant SaaS patterns.
Exposure to event-driven systems and operational dashboards (webhooks, correlation IDs, traceability).

High-quality UX for operational flows: onboarding review, merchant management, transaction/reconciliation views, support tooling.
