Vacancy: Head of Operations (iGaming focus)

About the Role:

We are seeking a professional who has personally experienced the daily challenges of operating as a High-Risk Merchant. Someone who understands that in iGaming, payments are not just a feature - they are the very heart of the business.

Your primary objective is to take our current operational processes and transform them into a seamless, automated mechanism that maximizes revenue.

Why This Role is Critical:

We need a leader who understands the "internal kitchen" from the business (Merchant) side. This means someone who knows how to configure cascades in real-time, has dealt with chargebacks, and has successfully navigated constant payment blocks.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Design & Optimization: Analyze the current state of operational activities and build new processes "from scratch" with a strong focus on resilience in a High-Risk environment.
Fighting for Approval Rates: Coordinate resources and teams to achieve maximum efficiency in payment routing. You will be responsible for minimizing operational failures caused by payment declines or blocks.
Automation & Business Outcomes: Identify areas where manual work hinders scaling (especially in cascade logic and routing) and implement solutions that drive tangible business results.
Managing Payment Infrastructure: Strategically manage the payment methods on the platform. The technical foundation is already in place; we need a process manager who understands how to leverage this foundation to ensure business continuity.
Chargeback & Risk Management: Implement internal procedures to minimize financial losses from fraud and chargebacks, working closely with the risk department.

Who We Are Looking For:

Critical Requirements (Must-Have):

Proven, hands-on experience specifically on the Merchant side, specifically in iGaming(casino/betting).
You have personally faced the problem of low approval rates and know how to solve it by configuring cascade logic.
You understand merchant "survival" tactics: how to react when a payment provider gets blocked, how to set up fallback schemes, and how to manage cash flow under regulatory pressure.
Deep understanding of the chargeback lifecycle specifically from the merchant's point of view, including the representment process and prevention strategies.
Process-Oriented: You can break down the chaotic flow of high-risk payments into clear stages and build them into a logical, automated chain.
Focus on Automation: You know exactly where manual work (e.g., manually switching providers) hinders scaling, and you know how to implement technological solutions for optimization.
